Water Shut-Offs are done each month, on the Wednesday after the due date (the 24th of each month). Those residents who are two months past due will be scheduled for shut-off.
On shut-off day, only credit cards, cashier’s checks, money orders, or cash will be accepted for payment, and the entire balance must be paid.
A shut-off fee of up to $45 will also be assessed and must be paid before the water will be turned back on.
